What is the first thing we notice about gorgeous Parisian women? Of course we can say charm, elegance, something unexplainable… but what is the first thing that strikes everyone who visits this town and sees the Parisian women…
The diet is simple, it lasts 90 days, but you will feel the result after the first week. With this diet you can lose about 5-10 kgs (depends on your body) and it is long enough to fix the target weight for a long time.
As we already saw, the food is divided into 4 categories.
Personally for me the best advantage is to be able to eat ANYTHING!!! As you might understand you can put any food into one of the 4 categories mentioned above. So imagine if today you start a diet and you feel like eating a cake – you know that in 2 days you will have your Carbs day and you can eat a small piece of a delicious cake. When you know that you don’t need to give up on your favorite food the temptation to break the rules is less… it works!! … at least for me and my friends…
If you want to get the best results, combine this food principle with a simple rule of eating your last meal at least 4-5 hours before you go to bed.
You can also allow yourself a small piece of dark wholegrain bread (a small one) !!!
Ok, I won’t let you guess any longer… They are all very very slim…
Indeed, the slim body of the vast majority of Parisian women is the first thing one can notice…
So no wonder that my first post will be about an effective diet.
Generally in this part of the blog I will suggest different diets and workout programs that me or my friends tried and that actually work…
90-day diet
90-day diet is system based on separate food diet. It has a very easy concept:
The food is divided into 4 categories:
1. Proteins
2. Starchy
3. Carbs
4. Vitamins (fruits)
So how does it work?
The diet is simple, it lasts 90 days, but you will feel the result after the first week. With this diet you can lose about 5-10 kgs (depends on your body) and it is long enough to fix the target weight for a long time.

As we already saw, the food is divided into 4 categories.
Now what we need to do is to separate our 90 days into 4 day phases. It goes as follows:
1st day – eating only Protein food
2nd day – eating only Starchy food
3rd day – eating only Carbs
4th day – eating only Fruit & Veggies
What is the obvious advantage of this diet?

If you are up for some hard core dieting – it is also advised to set up a fasting day on every 29th day of the diet – this day you can not eat anything and are only allowed to drink water.
What else…
You can eat green veggies EVERY DAY!!! They go with everything (careful, did I mention green…?)
PS: Don’t forget about drinking 2 liters of water every day (this is a beauty rule number one). I usually buy a classy 1 or 2 liter bottle with water (I adore Perrier, but if you are an Evian fan – go for it). Of course buying an Evian bottle every day is expensive (even if you leave in Paris, not even talking about those out of France), but you can always buy one classy bottle and refill it every day with usual water you drink ;)

In order to get a general clue of what I mean by Starchy, Carbs etc…
On Protein days you can eat
- meat (better not fat thought)
- fish
- eggs
- cheese
- dairy products (again, watch the fat level)
- (as already mentioned green veggies go with this kind of food)
You can also allow yourself a small piece of dark wholegrain bread (a small one) !!!
On Starchy days
- legumes (beans)
- rice, wheat (other grains)
- any veggies (even potatoes, oh la laaaaa…)
- starchy fruits such as bananas
- same as for Proteins you can also allow yourself a small piece of dark wholegrain bread
On Carbs days
- cookies (yuhuuuuuuuuuu!!!)
- any bakery not containing eggs and milk (those are Proteins – don’t forget and don’t mix)
- pasta & co. (no meat/cheese containing sauces involved!!)
- ice cream (it only gets better on this day ahaha)
On Vitamin days
- fruits
- veggies
- dry fruits
- nuts
- fruit and veggie juices
